As a growing organization, we are looking for an experienced Indoor Sales Representatives to join our dedicated team and contribute to the continued success of our brand.
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Indoor Sales Representatives to handle the sales of kitchens, wardrobes, and doors within our showroom. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service, understanding their needs, and offering the best solutions tailored to their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers visiting the showroom and assist them in selecting kitchens, wardrobes, and door products.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing, ensuring that customers have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's product portfolio and keep up to date with new product offerings.
- Process sales transactions and handle inquiries related to sales, pricing, and order status.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, providing after-sales support and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and work with the team to meet company goals.
- Assist with showroom displays and ensure that all product samples are properly organized and showcased.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory in the company's CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future product development and marketing strategies.
- Represent Nabina Group professionally and uphold its reputation for quality and service
